予約の確認やクレジットカード情報の再入力、緊急のお支払いを求める不審なメッセージが確認されております。
これらのメッセージには、お名前・宿泊日・予約番号など実際の予約情報が記載されている場合があり、当館からのご連絡であるかのように見えることがあります。
私共では、ご予約いただいたお客様に対し、WhatsAppなどのメッセージアプリを通じて、予約確認やお支払いを求めるご連絡をすることは一切ございません。不審なメッセージを受信された場合は、以下の点に十分ご注意くださいませ。
・メッセージに記載されたURLやリンクを開かない
・クレジットカード情報や個人情報を入力しない
・メッセージへの返信を行わない

Over the past few days, we have become aware that guests who have made reservations at our hotel have been receiving suspicious messages via messaging apps such as WhatsApp,
requesting reservation confirmations, re-entry of credit card information, or urgent payments.
These messages may include actual reservation details such as your name, check-in date, and reservation number, and may appear to be from our hotel.
Please be advised that we never contact guests who have made reservations via messaging apps such as WhatsApp to request reservation confirmations or payments. If you receive a suspicious message, please take the following precautions:
・Do not open any URLs or links included in the message.
・Do not enter your credit card information or personal information.
・Do not reply to the message.
We sincerely apologize for any concern or inconvenience this may cause our guests.
We are currently working with the relevant parties to investigate the details and cause of this issue.
